Costs of existing industrial real estates (medium level) in Central Hesse are lower then the Hessian avarage and easy to reach.

• Central Hesse: 45 Euro/sqm 
• North Hesse: 29 Euro/sqm
• South Hesse: 122 Euro/sqm
• Hesse: 70 Euro/sqm

The price of a square metre of a particular object depends on its location, overall size, traffic and transport connection, the type of region, utilization code, developmental expenditure etc.
